Join us for an hour of full body exercises, adapted for any age.

Mondays 9:30-10:00 Hooping
Wednesday 9:30-10:00 Floor Exercises
Cost for the Extra Exercise:  .50 per class

  • Kelley Brooks leads this program.
  • This hour is split into five segments to work cardio & strengthen muscle and bones.
  • Socialization is the bonus during this class.
